How MNM handles your information.

Information you choose to send

When you submit a service request, the website saves your name, phone number, email if provided, project location, service selection, and request details in a private request inbox. A confirmation appears only after the website verifies your request was saved. Service requests use Web3Forms to send your request details to MNM’s business email; Web3Forms retains submissions for three years under the current form settings. FormSubmit remains a backup for owner-initiated recovery and retains submissions for up to 30 days. You may also contact MNM directly by phone, text, or email.

MNM may keep the information you submit or share by phone, text, or email to respond, prepare an estimate, schedule work, document a project, provide customer service, and meet business or legal obligations.

Optional website analytics

If you select “Allow analytics,” this site loads MNM’s Google Tag Manager container and OpenAI’s advertising measurement pixel. Google tags may measure page visits and actions such as phone, text, email, review-platform, and confirmed service-request submissions. OpenAI receives page-view events and a lead event only after the website confirms your service request was saved. A contact-button click alone is not reported to OpenAI as a received lead.

Google and OpenAI may use identifiers from an ad link to connect website activity to advertisements. OpenAI’s pixel may automatically detect supported contact details you enter and securely hash them in your browser for ad matching; raw contact details are not sent through that automatic matching feature. MNM does not include your project description in measurement events. The lead event includes the request’s reference number to help prevent duplicate counting. These events opt out of future user-level personalization through the pixel’s supported control.

With permission, OpenAI’s pixel may store a first-party ad-click identifier for up to 30 days and a browser identifier for up to 365 days. The website also keeps a broad source label, such as Google Ads or ChatGPT Ads, in your browser session for up to 24 hours and saves that label with a request you submit. Analytics remain off when you select “No thanks.” You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time; withdrawing permission stops future measurement and asks OpenAI’s pixel to remove its measurement cookies. A previous Google-only opt-in is not extended to OpenAI without a new choice.

Sharing and retention

MNM does not sell customer contact information. Information may be handled by the communication, scheduling, payment, accounting, or website providers needed to operate the business, and may be disclosed when required by law. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, warranty, accounting, safety, or legal purposes.
