We’ll explain whether your request needs a project estimate or a paid troubleshooting visit. You’ll know what the visit covers and how any additional work will be priced.
Troubleshooting visit
For tripping breakers, outlets without power, flickering lights, and other concerns. This is a paid service covering the time and testing needed to investigate the cause.
Your approval comes first
If testing identifies a repair, we explain the findings and price before you approve the additional work. We also discuss changes to an agreed project and any effect on the price.
Project pricing
What affects the cost?
The wiring distance, access to the work area, existing electrical system, equipment, permits, and any wall or ceiling repairs can affect the price. Photos are helpful, and an on-site visit may be needed to confirm the work.
Your estimate or service agreement should explain the work included, the price, any exclusions, and the applicable warranty.
